Upcoming events at Hope Grimes

Wednesday, Oct. 22, 6:00-7:30 pm
Get your little ones dressed in their family-friendly Halloween costumes and experience the fun of fall as our PowerLife students and leaders host a Trunk-or-Treat event! Children in grade 5 and younger are invited to trick-or-treat in our parking lot in a fun, safe and family-friendly environment, free of charge.

Sunday, Oct. 26 – Sunday, Nov. 16
Help us provide funds to Grimes Storehouse Johnston Partnership, and the Granger Food Pantry through out the months of October and November. Your donations will bless our mission partners as they provide gift cards to give their clients for food and essential items. Join us this holiday season in supporting and serving the community around us!

Saturday, Nov. 1, 10:00-11:30 am
Third graders and their parents are invited to join us as we learn how to read our Bibles and what it means to us. Children will also receive their own Bible. Parents, please plan to attend this class with your child.

Saturday, Nov. 8, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Come explore the practices of St. Ignatius in seeking to draw closer to God through removing distractions and quieting the mind to listen and respond to God’s voice. Participants will begin with breakfast and after that will engage in silence until the conclusion. There will be teaching sessions with Pastor Murph that will guide various prayer activities throughout the day. Lunch and snacks will also be provided.
